Before & After: North Carolina Flooding
The impacts of Hurricane Matthew are still being felt in the Southeast. After Matthew dumped a widespread 10+ inches across North Carolina, many rivers are still in flood stage. Below are a few "before & after" images of flooded areas across the state. The "after" imagery is provided by NOAA and the "before" imagery by Google Maps.
